Returns and Refunds Policy

We understand that there may come a time to return a purchase and we aim to make the returns process as simple as possible.

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order, we offer returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for a refund to the original payment method.

Please note: At WRENCH-MARKED LIGHTING & LAMPS, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following return policies: 30-Day Return Policy You may return items within 30 days from the date of purchase, provided that the following conditions are met: Eligibility Criteria: Original Packaging: Items must be returned in their original packaging. Included Parts & Accessories: All parts and accessories initially included with the product must be returned. Condition: Items must be unused and uninstalled, in new, resalable condition. This means a new customer would accept the item as if it were a new product. No Alterations: Items should not have been installed or altered in any way. Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Refund Process: Refunds will be processed within 7-14 days of receiving the returned item. The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method. 90-Day Return Policy for Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective item, you can return it for a full refund within 90 days from the date of purchase, provided that the issue is reported within the specified timeframe and our customer service has authorized the return. Return Authorization: A Return Authorization must be pre-approved by our Customer Service. Please email design@wrenchmarkedlighting.com or call (970) 445-6111 for assistance and a return authorization. Defective Items: If items are defective or incorrectly shipped, WRENCH-MARKED LIGHTING & LAMPS will provide a shipping label for the return. Inspection Process Upon arrival, all returned items will undergo an inspection to verify condition. All items, accessories, and parts must be accounted for, even if broken. Return Process

To return an item, email us at desgn@wrenchmarkedlighting.com with your Order Number and return reason and our support team will be happy to assist you with the next steps.

You will be liable for any return shipping charges.

Refunds

After receiving your item/s and inspecting the condition, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow at least 7-10 days from the receipt of your item/s for your return to be processed.
